The overall objective of this consultancy is to design and to develop a database for storing and making available relevant information on electrical appliances (refrigerators, air conditioners and lighting) which have been tested. The database is intended to serve as effective and efficient information system for stakeholders in the CARICOM involved in the energy efficiency labelling program and the Dominican Republic.
