The overall objective of this consultancy is to conduct an impact study to determine the expected effect of the introduction and implementation of an energy efficiency labelling scheme in the region. This study must inform primarily on the manner in which key sectors and stakeholders, such as retailers, will be affected, the anticipated energy savings and changes in greenhouse gas emissions in the piloting and testing member states of Saint Lucia, Belize, Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica. Additionally this exercise will serve to develop the framework for further similar exercises to measure impact of the Pilot Energy Efficiency Labelling Scheme in the future.
