Dear Mr. Emtairah
As your term as Executive Director has recently come to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work and commitment in building and growing RCREEE to what it is today.
Over the last three years, your stewardship of RCREEE has been characterized by innovative ideas, strategic thinking and, most valuable, your tireless efforts to increase the credibility and visibility of RCREEE in the regional and international space of energy policy. The resulting recognition has become an asset to RCREEE, and the relationships you have fostered with our partners and stakeholders will ensure RCREEE will prosper and continue to offer opportunities to advance sustainable energy solutions in our Member States.
By all measures, RCREEE has improved on your watch with cementing the confidence of our donor partners for a second round of funding, increasing our membership, building a growing team of young and committed talents inside the organization, enhancing the quality and impact of the Secretariat and recognition of its outputs, improving the financial stability and building a great relationship with our partners.
Your energy and devotion to the role will be difficult to match, but you leave RCREEE a better organization and on a strong footing for those who follow you.
It is our great pleasure on behalf of the Member Countries and the Executive Committee to thank you for your dedication and the great job you have accomplished in your three year term as Executive Director and wish you all the very best in your future endeavors and we look forward to your ongoing involvement in RCREEE.
