The Vanuatu Department of Energy within the Ministry of Climate Change and Natural Hazard is inviting Request for Proposal from interested Regional and Local contractors for the construction of Biogas Plant. The constructor will construct or provide bio-gas digester, full installation of biogas digester with all necessary fittings, Piloting of the bio-gas plant for 2 months and provide training on basic operation and maintenance for Onesua Prebyterian College, North Efate, Vanuatu.
