ESEF is an annual Forum that promotes exchanges of ideas and cooperation to support the acceleration of sustainable solutions aimed at the implementation of the ECOWAS Renewable Energy Policy (EREP) and the ECOWAS Energy Efficiency Policy (EEEP), with the purpose of supporting the uptake of the regional renewable energy and energy efficiency market, providing a platform to improve the policy and regulatory landscape for the private sector investment. The Forum facilitates networking and partnership between ECOWAS policy makers, regional and international private sector players and financial institutions.
Therefore, after 2 successfully editions, the ECOWAS Sustainable Energy Forum has become ECREEE´s flagship of business and investment event, supporting the acceleration of sustainable solutions for the energy crisis in the region. The 3rd edition will be held in Accra, Ghana from 22-24 October 2019, targeting a wide array of actors in the energy sector.
In this context, ECREEE is seeking a professional event management service of an experienced and independent contractor for ESEF 2019, to allow the Forum to achieve its purposes and objectives and to keep its excellency as world-wide event. The main objective of its assignment is to plan, organize and manage the ESEF2019 entirely.
The suppliers are invited to submit their proposals to deliver the conference and exhibition organizer services for ESEF 2019, following the RFP requirements.
In consideration of the scope, the appointed contractor is expected to accomplish:
- Sponsorship;
- Marketing;
- Planning;
- Organization/Coordination;
- Evaluation Report;
Achieving:
- Revenue generation from the conference and exhibition to reduce the cost to organizers;
- Excellent project management support to ensure top class event;
- Success from the event in term of crowd pull while aiming for value for audience.
