February 18, 2019- Beirut, Lebanon: RCREEE participated at UN Habitat and the Clima-Med project training workshop “Building Capacities for Climate Action at City Level in the Arab Region".

The workshop discussed the multidimensional approach for a coherent and coordinated response against climate change, and how the required establishment of appropriate coordination mechanisms at the regional, national and local levels can be addressed.

Representing RCREEE and sharing some insights from our experience in the region, RCREEE senior specialist, Iliyana Arnaudova show cased accessing climate finance at the city level based on studies from the Adaptation Fund.
